Experience, Market Knowledge and Expertise
I work with sellers and buyers who have property interests on St. George Island, Apalachicola, and Eastpoint. I have been providing Straight Answers and Sound Advice to customers since 2010.

Skill Sets
My understanding of real estate contracts and property values set me apart from Realtors. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Certified Second-Home Property Specialist. I have the knowledge and experience to help customers through the buying and selling process and to solve problems arising during real estate transactions. (Before becoming a REALTOR, I spent 32 years in public service negotiating labor agreements and mediating and resolving work place disputes).

Property Valuations
I manually prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) for sellers and buyers detailing the factors affecting property value(s). This ensures my customers know true "market value" before making an offer or listing.

Representing Buyers and Sellers
I show all properties on St. George Island, Apalachicola, and Eastpoint no matter who has the listing.
I help my clients make informed decisions whether buying or selling a second home, an investment property, vacant land, or commercial property. I have a track record of negotiating the price and terms my buyers and sellers want. I work well with other local Realtors.
